What kind of organisation is this pricing tier best for?

This is best for large publications or newsrooms with a team of editors, writers and managers.

You send one or more newsletters a day and are looking for a streamlined publishing and editing workflow that helps you get the news out fast. You also value easy-to-build, flexible templates, which your non-technical writers and editors are able to create and modify on their own.

As you have multiple users, you want to ensure the right people have the right level of permissions to prevent accidental modification of settings.

You need a partner who can onboard your team and work with you to establish your new publishing workflow and get it up and running.

Pre-requisites:

You must have a dedicated in-house tech team or dev agency to assist with this implementation as we do not provide any custom code. We will work closely with both you and your technical implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding.

New ESP integrations requests:

If you would like us to integrate with your ESP, you can sponsor a connection. This will allow us to prioritise working on this integration in our next 6-week cycle. Email integrations are subject to available API endpoints (learn more). The cost to sponsor a connection is an estimated $1-2k, depending on the ESP and its complexity.

Video, Slack Connect, email support

Get access to a higher level of support via pre-scheduled video calls and Slack Connect.

Flexible licensing:

This tier grants you all of our features and the flexibility to create a package that fits the needs of your newsletter publishing platform and workflow.

This tier comes with one live site license. Should you need additional licenses for testing and staging, these will be provided at no additional cost. Additional live site licenses will be provided at a discounted rate.

No enterprise procurement:

Listed price does not include enterprise-level procurement contracts and sales.

Onboarding:

We'll work closely with you to get your publishing team briefed and up to speed. We'll also be on standby to ensure a smooth transition for your newsletter templates and new workflow.
